The Rugged Dome camera has security screws that protect against theft and require a special tool that cannot be purchased at any hardware store.
PLUS – there is a trick to knowing which screws are the correct ones to remove and which ones are designed to hinder a thief. (we’ll tell you the secret when you purchase your cameras).

We have now added a Patented 3-Axis Floating Camera Positioning and Aiming System inside the Dome. This allows the camera to be oriented in any direction and tilt angle so that no matter how you mount the camera, you can easily configure the picture to be upright and level.

Multiple Ways to securely mount this camera & protect the wiring
1. Mount to brick or block using masonry anchors and screws
2. Mount to structural steel using the supplied self-drilling
metal screws

Protect the Wiring by one of these methods
1. No Conduit – run the wires directly into the wall.
(Use RTV sealant around conduit opening)
2. Using LiquidTight conduit fittings and tubing.
3.Regular metal conduit – 2 pre-threaded conduit access holes provided – ¾” on the side, or ½” on the bottom.

Conduit Base included with wall mount purchase.
Either run the wiring thru the arm into the wall – OR – add the conduit base.
